Thank you!Hi should i take Sun chlorella or Kyoto chlorella and also Spirulina in tablet, liquid or powder form and why?
i take Swanson' Spirulina tablets. mainly because i don't eat many vegis and this to me is a good substitute. i think its a good quality spirulina at a very good price. i've read about chlorella but to me it's just hype. not that i'm right , i just don't believe it's that great a benefit for the price and i have limited money to spend so spirulina is enough for me.
