no there isn't a real difference between them.Is there a difference between men's face powder and women's?
There is no such a thing as Men's Face makeup or powder.
Make-up is mainly for women but anyone can use them. Just make sure before you apply your makeup, your skin is clean and moisturized.

So long as your moisturise first i dont see why any foundation would flake or go patchy
