How do you make baby powder on your face?

Im putting halloween makeup on, and using it as a white/pale look. It tends to fall off after a while. How do you make it stay? i heard a trick of damping something?How do you make baby powder on your face?

How abt 1st applying some face cream and then put powder??? this might stay for sometime atleast...
WEIRD!!.... try this though... may sound weird but mix the baby powder with lotion and blend it into your face. or mix it with alittle sunscreen or try using i dont know... but dont use oil it will clog ur pores... good luck... you know you can probably go to CVS or Wall greens or the dollar store and get some really cheap Halloween make up silly.
if you get it wet, it's going to dry, and then fall off again. get a pale liguid, and use that.

mix the baby powder with your regular foundation and add face lotion to the mixture and put it on with a make up sponge. i'm sure its the best thing because its not harsh. make sure you make it a thick content:)

try mixing it with face lotion. Like a really tiny bit. Make it into like a thick pasty kind texture and rub it on gently and thinly.
put on an adhesive like base or vaseline (light vaseline)
