How do you apply face powder?

I have some face powder with like a sheet of plastic over it, with holes so the powder can come out! I know this is dumb but how do i get it out?!?!?! If i turn it upside down it will all just tip out, how do normal/ clever people do it?!How do you apply face powder?
I poke just a little hole in the edge of the plastic and use a pad to apply the face powder.How do you apply face powder?
Just take the lid off and put a little bit on your hand and dap the brush in.
remove the plastic. I just dip in my blush brush and then tap off the excess.
ok buy a face powder pad thingy and place


it on the holes and tip it over, so that you can get the powder on the pad.


then apply to face. period. the end.
