First off, The powder and the foundation you use has to be oil free! it has to say so on the bottle using one with extra oil in it is just gonna make you face even more oily. and believe me they put lot of oil it them.
Also you can pat you face down even couple of house with a little piece of toilet paper doing so will absorb the oil in too the tissue.
the good side to this is you will not have wrinkles at a young age.What do you put on your face besides powder to control the shine in the summer?
Put makeup primer under your foundation. That will help alot. I love Smashbox Primer Light.
