What is the loose face powder?

im having a problem when i apply eyeshadow that some of it falls on my cheeks, so people recommended to use loose face powder under my eyes. but i don't know what that is. Is it the same powder that i use for my entire face(contour). if it is then why they call it loose face powder?

thanksWhat is the loose face powder?
Loose powder is what it sounds like. Loose powder. It's not pressed like a compact, or liquid.

It can come in a container, or a brush that deposits the powder through the brush. What is the loose face powder?
Loose face powder is a translucent or skin toned powder used to eliminate oiliness or shine on your skin. You use it after you apply your foundation to set the foundation and to make your skin look more matte. You use a blush and bronzer to contour, not a powder. Powder wouldn't really help with the fallout from your eyeshadow, though.

If you're having problems with fallout from your eyeshadow, I recommend use a primer before you apply the eyeshadow and apply face powder over your eye to set it.
but eyelid primer. it keeps the eye shadow on your eyelids and for a longer time: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P74310%26amp;categoryId=B70
