Has anyone used spirulina? and what form do u prefer, powder or capsule?

i have the powder form but dont find that it dissolves in water or juice easily. any suggestions? can it be put in a hot liquid such as tea?Has anyone used spirulina? and what form do u prefer, powder or capsule?
Hey jenn, definitely the capsules. I tried powder for a few months, I don't know how I lasted that long !!! Every time I drank it the smell nearly made me dry reach.......... i was also under the false that the powder was cheaper, it isn't. Capsules are so much easier, one gulp and they're gone........ :0)

I used to put it in a protein drink. my friends called it my muck shake because the spirulina powder made it a weird green color. add it to a smoothie or flavored yogurt or a hot cereal.
