Liquid is definetly, but its HORRIBLE for your face. It shall cause beastly breakouts.Which one is stronger,liquid sunscreen or face powder with sunscreen??
Definitely liquid, powder does not stay on as well because it just sits on your face where liquid penetrates. I have fair skin and I use Mary Kay Daily Moisturizer with spf 25 and i do not burn whatsoever with it, even in the hot sun. You must completely cover your face and don't forget your nose. No breakouts either like some of the tanning creams for face. You should wear yearound since you can burn even in winter.
Liquid sunscreen, it absorbs/bonds better to your skin to help protect you from the sun.
