It is never good to apply make up at night before going to bed. you should be washing your face and applying moisturizers and creams to prevent flare ups or to help get rid of the ones you have. always remove old makeup, it may make the pimples worse.I put pressed powder on my face last night to cover some pimples?
Well first off...

You shouldn't be applying makeup to any flareup at bedtime. It doesn't allow the skin to breathe which can cause further irritation to the blemish. The only thing you should be putting on your face at night is a medicated cream or moisturizer.

As for your sticky situation...

That could be your skin reacting to the fact is hasn't had a chance to air out. The blemish is irritated which causes it to ';weep';. Just wash your makeup off, apply some medicated cream (anything with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid) and leave it alone!

Hope this helped.
sorry to say, but the powder may be irritating your pimples. I would apply a warm, very soft washcloth to your face to wash off the powder. Check with your pharmacy what topical ointment he recommends. The last thing you want is an infection, and that powder puff may not be as clean as you think. If you don't have a soft washcloth, try using moist cotton swabs. Look for a medicated cover up like Clearasil.
Its probably because the pimples 'oozed' when the powder was on
Don't use powdered sugar next time.
... you don't wear makeup to bed!
