Yeah, you can. But if you don't want the bronzer to look too dark, put the bronzer on and then the face powder. Just make sure not to put too much on, so you can still see the bronzer.
face powder is used to get rid of the shine that is sometimes on your T area and yes you can put bronzer on after i would just use the bronzer sparingly.
