i have recently become a fan of mineral makeup, and specifically the eyeliner - it is awesome! minus the fact that i end up getting it all over my upper cheeks when i put it on D= lol anyone have any suggestions? besides wiping it off, which is a duhHow do you get your powder eyeliner not to powder all over your face when applying?

Apply a whole load of powder (pressed or loose) then apply your eyeshadow. Then when you have finished applying your eyeshadow just brush off the powder. Also use a primer (like Urban Decay Primer Potion) which may reduce the amount of fallout coming from the eyeshadow.
either put some tissue under youre eye when you put it on or put some translucent powder under your eyes and wipe off after youve done
Try putting on your eyeliner before you do your foundation.

or try a firmer brush
