My skin always drys out alot if I wear foundation so I was wondering that if i mixed powder with moisturiser would it be kinda like tinted moistuiser?Will mixing a face moisturiser and powder work?
have u tried a more moisturising foundation or a richer moisturiser?
or just buy a tinted moisturiserWill mixing a face moisturiser and powder work?
It works better if you use liquid foundation and moisturizer otherwise it gets caked.
