Get a face scrub like St. Ives or something to help exfoliate your skin. In winter many people's skin tends to become dry and flaky, by scrubbing it away you'll have softer skin and less dryness. Put on lotion after washing face and before putting on your make up, it help the make up go on smoother.
Try exfoliating daily with a gentle cleanser and applying a high-quality moisturizer. You can find them at Rite-Aid or Wal-Mart, or pretty much anywhere. Acne medications usually dry out your skin, so use only as much as necessary.
use lotion before you put any dry makeup on! AND i noticed this too, if you are using any acne cream, this may cause your skin to become dry.
use a good moisturizer or Smashbox primer.
