Whats the best way/ technique of applying face powder over foundation?

Using a koubouki brush put your powder on in circles moving around your face :)Whats the best way/ technique of applying face powder over foundation?
Put a small portion of the face powder into the lid, than take a blush brush and swirl it in the powder that's in the lid, tap it lightly on the side of the lid to get excess powder off, and apply the face powder lightly all over your face in a circular motion using the blush brush.

Tip: You really only need a TINY amount of the face powder to give you face a very smooth, flawless look.

You can either use a really big fluffy brush and dust it all over your face, or you could even take a powder puff and press it into the skin for more of a matte look. Good luck!
With a large mineral powder brush for a natural look, for a matte look use a poweder puff and pat gently onto the face
